Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 July 2026. This page explains what data AccessiScan collects, why, where it is stored, and your rights under the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

Who we are

AccessiScan ("we", "us") provides an automated website accessibility pre-scan. For any privacy question or request, contact us at kevinmelchioro12@gmail.com.

What we collect

Why we use it (legal basis)

We process your email and scan details to respond to your request and send the report you asked for — legal basis: your consent and the steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(a)/(b) GDPR). We do not use your data for profiling and we never sell it.

Where it is stored (processors)

These providers act as our processors (or independent controllers, for Stripe) and apply their own safeguards for any transfer.

How long we keep it

We keep your lead details until you ask us to delete them, or until they are no longer needed to serve you. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability of your data. To exercise any of these, email kevinmelchioro12@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Cookies

This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Any storage is limited to what is strictly necessary to make the page work.

Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above will change accordingly.
